The firm of Goodman, O'Malley, Rosamilia, Voorman & Fass, LLC, Certified Public Accountants, was founded in 1986 by Vincent O'Malley, Joseph Rosamilia and Robert Voorman in order to combine the expertise and talents of the partners. In 2000, the firm acquired the accounting practice of Gary Goodman, CPA. In 2009 the Company merged with the accounting firm of Fass and Associates, LLC.

We aim to match our individual talents with the particular needs of our clients, and to contribute innovative ideas to meet the constantly changing business environment. We are experienced in serving widely diversified small and medium sized closely-held companies, helping to maximize their growth and profit potential.

Martin Fass is a multi-talented businessman with more than 30 years of diverse accounting and financial experience serving the business community of Northern New Jersey. In counseling his clients, Marty draws not only from his accounting experiences but also from his various personal business endeavors.

Marty's insight and business acumen assists many people to establish and maintain successful enterprises. Many of his clients utilize his negotiating skills to not only conclude business buy/sell agreements, but also to arrange financing of the deal. His client base includes closely held and family businesses, manufacturers, professional associations, retailers and restaurateurs.
